Backups Upon Backups Upon Backups

When you make backups, make sure your files are actually backed up as opposed to, say, NOT backed up. That's important!

In late 2021, I suffered a hard drive crash. It took with it the WIP edits of two episodes of Jump Leads, all of the artwork from the original webcomic, as well as a bunch of other projects - Game of Rassilon stuff, PortsCenter project files, that sort of thing.

Also present on the drive were the original studio recordings for all six episodes of Jump Leads. I panicked briefly before discovering I'd be smart enough to back up the recordings on Google Drive. Phew!

Or so I thought.
